  Service department poor. The two hatchback shocks are weak and they don't hold the hatchback. I asked to the dealer for replaced the shocks on warranty because the vehicle still warranty. He said "We don't have in stock soI need to order" and when I called yesterday for to know what happened because I never received a call from them. Guess what, they never ordered the shocks.

  Parts department is poor. Every time I went to the dealer for to buy Nissan engine oil or oil filter, they don't have stock and I needed to order. Yesterday I called to order the engine oil and the person who answered me said that he no longer sells oil to the customer and that we must take an appointment to go and make the oil change at their store.
