    Attended counter to pay two bills, attendant scanned both and made an error with one. She couldn't rectify the error and then told me one of the bills had to be a cash withdrawal. I asked her to cancel the transaction and she said it was too late. I said I didn't want to be charged a fee and she said there wouldn't be a fee incurred. I arrive home to check my statement and sure enough there is a $2.65 Bank/Fee. The error was not mine but I was penalised for it. Contacted Australia Post, couldn't be put through to the branch and was advised I would have to go back to the store to speak with the manager. Will not be going back to that store again.......deceitful.

    Shocking customer service from very rude staff who should NOT be in customer service. Poor signage too. Even though there wasn't anyone else waiting to be served I was told to wait in a queue that was not signed as in "Queue Here" just a random customer service sign.
