  Bile was fun but broke on 3rd day of use... Took it in and it took tgem 5 weeks to fix it and when we rode it it broke again.... 3 months later and we just went in and they said "it will be a priority tommorow"even though we got a message saying ut was ready. Never answer phones at all you have to drive to southport even to ask the simplest question

  exceeded all expectations so much so i ordered one for my wife. fast delivery. bike was easy to set up and fun to ride. folds up for storage in the van. it is quiet and people are surprised it is an electric bike.

  I stopped using the Dillenger Explorer a year ago and bought a hybrid bike and happy I'm happy now.

  Do not buy! Once you have ordered if there is any problem or question about your bike they will not answer, nobody answers the phone. I bought a folding Explorer electric bicycle 3 years ago in special offer, after 4 days I got the bike in a box and of course I had to assembled it. After a few rides screws started to loose and even I tighten them some got lost on rides from the heavy battery area. After 3 years I haven't been able to adjust the brakes, they make big noise and when taken it to a repair shop they say that they don't do electric bikes. There's a screw on the bicycle handlebar that gets loosen while you ride causing it to fold and loosing control of the bike, I almost got an accident because of that, of course before each ride I was checking it but it eventually happened. I regretted so much buying from Dillenger when researched in shops around Melbourne and had the chance to see in person different models and better quality for almost the same price with the convenience of being able to talk to someone if there's something wrong.

  I recently purchased an ARC Feather kit from Dillinger after having test driven one at a bike shop. Delivery was prompt and the product is well engineered. Fitting the torque arm sent me looking for help, my only criticism. The rest of the installation was a breeze. I don't commute on this bike, it is used for 40km rides on the Cooks River pathway and for that it is EXCELLENT. (The bike is a 30 year old 18 speed custom Europa, out of Kensington NSW. Now with 3 speed hub and back pedal brake.)

  Ordered and paid via paypal online, did not get my ebike. Emailed and leave messages, their customer service was non-existent.
