    They don't inspect their cars properly, had to point out a large scratch on the boot of the car. Who knows if they would have charged me for it if I didn't point it out. Great customer service however.

    Got double booked and left with no option. Recommend to have back up option when going with Hertz

    Too many extra hidden fees but the trucks are pretty good.

    Dodgy!! I set up a road pass myself for the toll and was charged 4x the amount of the toll anyway!! Look out for extra charges that they wont even tell you about! very sneaky in my opinion considering i set up a toll pass myself so i paid for the toll off my card then was charged byt Hertz for the toll as well!! what a joke! wouldn't recommend
