  Shocking service!!!! We had called and booked an appointment to look at a certain car that we were potentially going to buy. After driving 2 hours to meet at the specified time Mr. Josh (Dealer) said to be there at 11:30am (like planned a few hours before departing), we arrived for it to only be sold 15 minutes before our planned appointment time. When we arrived josh didn't even have the decensy to tell us himself that the car had already been sold. We would have appreciated a call to notify us that the car was no longer available before driving 2 hours there and back for absolutely nothing. Complete waste of time and I won't be returning to look at any cars in the future. This automotive group has a long road to learning professional skills and customer service.

  When buying my first car from James frizelles used cars in Southport made me feel at ease and not pushed into anything. Cameron in sales and the whole team were very professional and advised me to there best potential. I would recommend this place if you want good customer service and a team that's with you all the way.

  This Mazda service centre is always very busy which in one sence I guess is a good sign, but being so busy we have felt they have lost the personalised experience we used to receive. When my partner first purchased a vehicle some 4 years ago the dealership and service team were fantastic but of late we feel that the extra golden touch we used to receive has diminished.
