  Nice hospital lovely staff. However issues with hygiene staff including doctors and nurses did not use the hand cleaning machines in my room. That meant they were going from patient to patient with goodness knows what cross contamination. I did mention to one particular nurse who I might add did the right thing, must have noted my complaint because from then on staff started doing the right thing.I was put in a ward which was for very elderly people who needed help whereas myself I am very mobile.

  Thanks to Dr Zavataro doing a fantastic job on my THR- I can't thank everyone enough who I came contact with at GCPH - from booking in, to pre op admin staff, ward staff- I was on Ward 8 Jacinta you run a great team- I would also like to thank the cleaning and very important as I love my food the kitchen staff- food awesome . Thanks to Kerry and the team of physio@home your patience and time spent was much appreciated .i have felt so spoilt- the new hospital rooms are beautiful.   The food well have never had fried chips with Lasange thought that rather an unhealthy combination especially for a hospital.Have been in this hospital on several occasions，but not in the Elderly persons ward and the food was very good. Hope it is not the fact that the elderly do not matter too much. Overall for the price charged to my health fund per day would expect a lot better food.

  Wow everything about our experience was brilliant. A huge thank you to Michael & Amanda our nurse staff on the paediatric ward - made our daughter feel so relaxed and informed before and after her procedure - you guys are worth more money. A huge thank you to Nikki who saw first hand our daughters anxiety and handled her with such care and understanding so nurturing. To Sophie and Kimberly our pre op nurses just beautiful. Our amazing doctors so amazing. Said and the beautiful nurse whose name I did not get (sorry) that were there with their beautiful smiles. Great job all. Thank you.

  I recently had occasion to visit Emergency at GC private hospital. It was obvious that the Emergency Team was under pressure and I later found out that the hospital was full. The team of doctors and nurses were brilliantly professional when treating me. To witness how calmly and professionally they went out their business was amazing and provided me with a great sense of comfort. Whilst I was in an uncomfortable position, I realised that by going home, someone else more seriously in need of the bed, would be positive. I can’t praise the team highly enough and thank all of the Emergency team.

  My daughter was born via C-section at the Maternity Ward last week. Dr Maneesh Singh and all the staff are exceptional. The scar is virtually invisible only a week on. The midwives and nurses were all fantastic. Exceptional service and facilities. A real relief and minimum stress to have such competent and caring support from the maternity team. It's 5 star all the way with some wonderful touches such as a gourmet celebration dinner. The anaesthetic team is exceptional... and my wife was lucid throughout with minimum side effects. For complete peace of mind this is the birthing team I recommend without reservation.
