  The southport library is lovely. But recently my mother asked one of the librarians (Jenny I think it was) to help her with the printing credit as she didn't know how to use it. The librarian was extremely rude and did not want to help her. After hearing this I was completely disgusted. Librarians should be there to help people not sit on their lazy asses all day browsing the computer and being on their phones. They're getting paid so why can't they do their job and actually help people who need it. Overall nice place and friendly staff but just one of them needs to be more willing to help. Thank you.

  Great Library. Drinking fountain in foyer at entry. Staff are very helpful. Plenty of tables and power points. Solid internet. Plenty of parking at rear. Cafe inside for coffee needs, what more could you want!?

  The best library on the Gold Coast. So many great books !

  Always the place to go on weekends. Quiet and kids friendly. Love the chess club on Saturday.

  I love this little library the staff are always so friendly and willing to go to the ends of the Earth to help you it's always neat and organised
