    This guy came to do some work at my elderly mothers house. He cracked the window pane during the course of the work. He offered to have the window fixed but never made any attempt to contact Mum in regards to the repair and when I rang him about it, he denied breaking it... Crook - wouldn't recommend him at all, particularly to older people who are vulnerable...
