  Pretty solid cinemas, but every time I go here there's an issue with assigned seating. Which causes a knock on effect and disrupts the movie. Get it sorted and perhaps make it more obvious for people that there are assigned seats.

  Good cinema, but the Chocolate Factory arcade game ate my money and didn't give me any credit. Straight up stole $2.

  Very nice clean cinema but you can't even take in your own snacks and drinks ! If you want more customers you need to change that !

  Worst experience ever. We ordered Gold Class package online and more at the counter, but they didn't serve those food we ordered online. We told the staff who served us before after the movie. While she was looking for the receipts, a male staff came out to find out what's the situation and checked what we ordered on my phone. He refunded us, though without an apology. And his attitude was like it's not a big deal, if you didn't get what you want, refund can always solve it. But the thing is, Gold Class should aim to offer an spectacular experience to customers while watching movies, not serving the food we ordered and no apologies for this whole thing is the worst customer service. Even the male staff said they can give us sundaes as a welcome gift next time we go there in a queer way. This staff definitely needs to learn how to respect others' respect. When we walked out there, he yelled to us 'have a nice day'. How ironic. Working in the cinema doesn't mean you are a drama queen. This staff is terrible at customer service, if there is any casting, please let him know his dramatic personality and the willingness to show can be seen by the whole world not only cinema customers. What we cared about this whole thing is, we didn't receive any apology and his attitude, even we pissed off, we respected every staff and appreciated what we got. Having this kind of staff in Gold Class, makes Event cinemas the worst.

  First time to Australia Fair in a while. Amazed and delighted to see that we could buy a wine or beer to take in with us. Wasn't quite so delighted to order a glass of wine, receive a *very* small measure and then be charged $12. Event Cinemas - you're having a laugh, even good restaurants charge less for a glass of house white. Avoid!
