  If you want to use these plumbers you better have deep pockets. I feel I was taken advantage of being a woman living alone. The final cost was WAY over the quoted amount, which was between $1000-$2500, ended up to be $3127 for a leak in my kitchen!! I was charged $180 per hour!! Really?? The job took longer than anticipated, .....not my fault! I would NOT recommend this company, a total rip off!!!!!

  I’d definitely recommend Franco Baardt from Marco Realty Group if you are looking for a professional and helpful team for a job of any size. Franco kept me informed regularly on the progress of my bathroom and kitchen renovation and was quick to sort out any problems that arose during the process.

  Franco took over a difficult job that another builder was unable to complete. He had a continuous hands on approach and the other trades he used worked to a high standard. Franco was always quick and efficient, provided quality workmanship and flexibility to find creative solutions in a difficult space.

  I, like other unfortunate consumers of this business, was ripped off. I was charged $230 for a part which retails at $11.70 at bunnings. They also charged me $350 for a new shower head which retails for $230. And not only that, they replaced the shower head with a cheaper model without my knowledge of consent. Plus they charge $180 p/hr. The local plumbers in my area charge $80 p/hr. This company is unethical, immoral, and a rip off. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS.

  I would highly recommend Marco Plumbing Solutions to businesses and home owners. I was in need of prompt plumbing services including full replacement of hot water system and taps to my new business. The job was done fast and was able to run business with minimal down time.
