  I was invoiced prior to completion of work, which I promptly paid prior to Christmas, with them promising to complete works between Christmas and New Year. Multiple phone calls and emails later Justin returned end of January. The extent of my issues requiring rectification are as followed.

  Downpipes were sealed externally with silicone, despite me raising concerns about being able to paint over- which I can't. And they also continue to leak after several visits to rectify the issues.

  When I discussed concerns with Ashley, he was initially understanding agreeing to refunding the downpipe money but later became hostile and refused to refund or repair ongoing issues. My number was blocked, they changed their contact email and ceased to deal with me any further.

  Beware before engaging !!! The rudest and most unprofessional service I've experienced. I engaged Max Roofing for extensive roofing restoration works, whirlybird, sky light, downpipes and insulation as well as gutter cleans and roof paint.

  I have since had to have a downpipe and guttering service remove the Max roofing downpipes and replace with new ones. Also have had a builder to correct the whirlybird vent issues.

  Gutters were not cleaned and the dirt in the gutters were sprayed with paint preventing the water to run freely in the gutters.

  I have never been spoken too so disrespectfully, I offered for Ashley o visit my home and see the shonky work but he never can. I sent photos through also. But as soon as they had my money they wanted nothing more to do with it.

  Insulation was not fitted to regulations, instead they separated some batts into 1inch thick strips ( providing no insulation) to make it look as though the area was fully insulated.

  The property was out at Wonglepong (Gold Coast hinterland) so it was probably not the most convenient of locations for him to go, but he went out there anyway.
