  Quaint & interesting design, reasonably well maintained. Constrained by the size of the plot of land obviously. Like the grand old dame of shopping centres that has resisted the extreme makeovers a la Pacific Fair. Has a Coles & K Mart, lots of interesting eats to boot. You should find most of the usual retail flavours here: chemists, clothes, barbers, gift shops, etc etc. Parking can be a headache depending on your timing. A conveniently located, good, medium sized shopping centre.

  It's okay. I'm sure it's great for convenience, but I don't think the store has been updated in a while. Plenty of places to get food is good, but any other store seems lacking. Also, it's not the most atmospheric of shopping centres on the Gold Coast.

  I love Australia Fair. Just redeveloped, always enjoy a seniors coffee and a burger at Hungry Jacks. Pleasant staff. Enjoy browsing the shops like Mind Games to see whats new. Free parking for up to 3 hours too.

  Great variety of shops,3 hour free parking. Never too busy. Some great cafes and best views from eatery of the harbour.

  Desperately in need of a major overhaul to rival the likes of Robina and Pacific fair. This place is very outdated and attracts a crowd that is less than impressive. Everything else in Southport is being updated and Australia fair is due for the same treatment. Other than that it is okay for a visit...a quick one.
